My daughter purchased the salt-free sample box at a rennaisance fair in CT. I can't tell you how much I appreciated the salt-free and the excellent flavor combinations. Thank you!

Used the Cuban Cabana Adobo blend this past weekend. Once chicken and rice and yesterday to pan sear Salmon. Both turned out fabulously! Always buy a few untried, along with my regulars, while at Pennsic.

I have several blends and each is fabulous. the "Omerta Italian" is especially perfect sprinkled in a hot bowl or mug of tomato soup for bringing it extra depth. The "Deathwish in Spades" kicks our homemade chili up several notches of heat and flavor and we never make chicken without some "Hot 2 Trot" on it.

I'm so relieved Auntie Arwen's is still going strong! I can't make it back east to Pennsic any more. I still have fond memories of browsing your shop. That Loose Moose salt-free seasoning with olive oil and good bread was a lifesaver snack for our campsite at every time of day, and I just restocked so I can still have some around.

how do you use you product? Should be on your web site. Apply and cook or let sit for how long in refrigerator or counter. Add liquid for marinade, this changes your recipe but for those that like to experiment and expand the taste.

I just wanted to say how much i enjoyed our visit to the Auntie Arwen's tent at the Conn. Rennaissance faire this past weekend. Both of you were so pleasant, informative and down right pleasant to talk to for the 1/2 hour we chatted. I was the large woman in the electric chair and i was with my husband and grandkids. We walked away with the bakers dozen and today we will start using the spices in our cooking and my salads. Hope to see you again at some fair or outing. Thank you again for a great experience visiting your tent.

Their new shop just moved in next to my house and I love it! So far I’ve purchased 3 kinds of tea, peppermint cocoa, lemon sunshine seasoning and a few other small items and I absolutely plan to continue supporting these lovely ladies.

Freemont, NH, Ren Fair...5/14/23, Stopped to look and found Meself involved in a delightfull chat with both of the Ladies (names Me OLD memory can-not remember) in the booth. Black Tumeric was the subject of my quest. Not something you carry. However, if your research should discover a reasonable source of crushed/ground, please keep my email to advise, Thank you for adding to a wonderful day of happy joyous memories. Until We meet again, Bessings. AK

They have a good selection of spices, but their website and contact points are horrible website said that they’re store was open so I drove down an hour to visit it and there’s a sign on the front says closed for the weekend but nothing on the website said otherwise that it wasn’t open and there’s no phone number or way to contact them very upset

Danish Viking Sea Salt *****
I want my last meal to be a single grain of this salt melting on my tongue.

I smoke a lot of meats. This is my recipe for a sweet BBQ sauce.
This makes about a cup of sauce, but is very scalable.

½ cup Ketchup
¼ cup Brown Sugar
3 tbs Molasses
1 ½ tbs Worcestershire or Soy sauce (vegetarian)
1 tbs Apple Cider Vinegar
½ tsp Mountain Man BBQ Blend
¼ tsp Ultimate Garlic Insanity
¼ tsp French Savory Mustard and Herbs
¼ tsp Black Pepper
¼ tsp Minced Onion

Add all ingredients to a medium sauce pan bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
