My daughter purchased the salt-free sample box at a Renaissance fair in CT. I can't tell you how much I appreciated the salt-free and the excellent flavor combinations. Thank you!

Each Auntie Arwen's spice blend is placed in at least one category to help you find the right blend for the right recipe--and we recommend you try them your way! Our "chosen" category is only a suggestion, go ahead and try it where you want to! We get new ideas from return customers at every event.

(Nuts: Almost every ingredient comes to us with the common warning on the packaging; Although we don't to anything with nuts, some of our suppliers identify 'ingredients may be processed on machinery that also processes nuts,' please take that into consideration.
