1 1/2 tsp of Arwen's spice mix
1 tsp sea salt
15 oz can of chickpeas drained and rinsed
juice from 1 lemon
1/4 cup tahini
1/4 cup olive oil
All into a food processor until smooth... it is awesome and healthy.
Also try substituting rinsed Adzuki beans for the chickpeas.
