Jamaican Curry is like no other curry. They add different amounts for flavor that is unique to Jamaica. It's the star anise that makes it sparkle, but it is the 90k HU cayenne that adds the heat. This is a very warm curry, adds a wonderful change of pace for those who do love a more than warm flavor to their dishes.
