Lighthouse Keepers is one of the most versatile blends Auntie Arwen's carries. It can be used to rub into meats, can be added to quiches, tossed into salad vinegar and oil, or just added to those meat marinates! Just a little bit goes a long way! The flavor is savory along with the lifting scent of coriander and dill and the touch of warmth from the red pepper.
When I make my quiches, I add a teaspoon of Lighthouse Keepers to the egg and cream mix, pour it into the pie crust over the cooked and crumbled bacon and asparagus or broccoli with my favorite shredded cheese, bake at 350 for the required 45+ minutes (temp and time depends on your recipe), then enjoy with a salad.
