The long list of ingredients were researched for homeopathic healing and pain reduction qualities for external use only!! but it won't hurt you if you do happen to get a taste...not to tasty at all, but it does a great job of all those bruises you get in daily life, anything from hitting your leg with the car door to muscle strains from moving the couch or picking up the grand kids (they get so big so fast!).

Each Auntie Arwen's spice blend is placed in at least one category to help you find the right blend for the right recipe--but we recommend you try them your way!
