Golden Monkey black tea is an amazing experience in tea drinking. It's honey peach and chocolate undertones just make this almost a dessert tea. Great with sweet flavored breads or toast, I personally like it straight black. it's sweet enough to forgo the sugar but as an accompaniment with pastries...oh my!
A friend made ice cream with the tea (still waiting on the recipe, hint hint) and then covered it tempura, fried it quickly till just the out side was crisp, and served with chocolate sauce!!
