Ingredients: Black pepper, garlic, mustard, coriander.
Bronco Buckaroo pepper blend is one our more savory pepper blends with a bright clean coriander finish. Not only is it salt free, but it's surprisingly satisfying too!
One way to Try it is in your mashed potatoes or as a dry rub on your favorite meats! It's delightful as a salad dressing too!
Rub your bowl with olive oil, sprinkle in some Bronco Buckaroo, then toss in some favorite greens and fresh tomatoes. Sprinkle on some of your favorite vinegar or lemon juice and toss gently! Wow!
a fan has taken to put some in a dedicated grinder and uses it as a seasoning/rub on his chicken or Pork chops before grilling or roasting in the oven.
But his favorite is to take carrots, peel them, cut them diagonally, toss with a heavy drizzle of olive oil, a liberal amount of freshly ground Auntie Arwen's Bronco Buckaroo and roast on the top shelf of a oven at 425 degrees for about 20-20 minutes. Serve with burgers or chicken tenders or even over pasta!
Another fan wrote that she adds a tablespoon in her seafood Mac and Cheese! "It adds a bit of tang and bite to the dish that makes my family love the change from just plain mac and cheese!"
