Our New England blueberry sugar has that wild tart blueberry taste that many identify with the name. It's sweet but tart blueberry flavor is perfect for baked goods, teas, flavoring for beverages, and great on steel cut oats! Sprinkled on french toast, or pancakes or even crepes, is perfect for those who enjoy the flavors of wild blueberries.
