Baby Blue Eyes is a delightful, uplifting caffeine free fruity tea that can be drunk cold or hot! It's both sweet and mellow, flavors that bring a good note to the moment of the day... It's been touted as both a dessert tea as well as a great morning tea!
I use it as a base for a punch for a hot summer day!
Take 2-3 oz of Baby blue eyes and steep in a gallon glass jar filled 3/4 full in the sun till just dark but still transparent. Pour the tea thru a coffee filter slowly into a large pitcher, add club soda or chilled ginger ale and ice and OH MY!
