Make a strong batch (enough for 3 strong cups), chill to room temp and mix it in with 1 cup each coconut milk, papaya nectar, and mango nectar. Mix well in a bowl and pour into a 9x12 deep dish baking pan, and freeze.
To serve, scrape out by the spoon into bowls and serve topped with crushed pineapple!
