Sweet Surprise Strawberry sugar is a finely powdered strawberry sugar blend that can be added to many different baking projects or even just in milk! Add this to your Merange for a strawberry delight on top of chocolate pie, or sprinkle it on waffles or add a little milk to about 3 tablespoons and make a drizzle to put on scones or cakes... adding it to your icing recipe gives your cake a wonderful lift and delicious light refreshing flavor!
I love using this as a sugar when making ice cream! Lovely!
