Market place in Morrocco is definalty not your run-of-the-mill curry! It has a lovely middle eastern influence and flavor. Who would have thought to use spearmint or majoram in a curry! This blend was made in request by a gentleman who fell in love with a spice mix he used to get from the middle east but could no longer get it. We did our best to remake it for him, and he said it was perfect!
Well, we tried it ourselves and...wow! what a difference the spearmint and Majoram makes! it's lovely, savory, and different than your average curry! Give it a try in your usual curry dishes, and not so usual breads, chicken and rice dishes, and even some soups! It's especially good as a touch in your hummus or taboule!
