Extracts are alcohol based and can be used for baking, cooking, brewing and just flavoring beverages and even teas and coffees. The alcohol does cook off in heated dishes but does remain in cold applications.
You just follow the recipes or add to taste.

Each Auntie Arwen's spice blend is placed in at least one category to help you find the right blend for the right recipe--and we recommend you try them your way! Our "chosen" category is only a suggestion, go ahead and try it where you want to! We get new ideas from return customers at every event.
