Thai Pepper Blend has a little bit of a kick to it! It's blended specifically to add a touch of Thailand to any of your basic chicken, pork or even vegetarian dishes. The exotic flavors of Galengale, and lemon grass are a lovely base for the heat of the Tien T'sin chili peppers. Add it to any plain soups or white meat stews and it becomes something completely different leaving to ask yourself, "where was this all my life?"
