Four types of garlic, onion and a touch of parsley for color.... oh, and more garlic. Also available without onion.
All salt free, it's the best seller and goes with just about everything but your morning cereal.
The "brother-in-law" Pint size holds 5 of those 110ml jars. Best size for the lovers of Garlic is available in Quart, 1/2 Gallon, and Gallon because you can't get enough or just share !!
This is the true definition of GARLIC for garlic lovers.
The scent is mouthwatering, the flavor is wonderful (if you love garlic), and full mouthed. Excellent to add to butter to make garlic bread, mashed potatoes or a wonderful base to your homemade marinara sauce. The list goes on.
My favorite is quick shrimp and scallop scampi! Heat till just starting to melt, about 1/4 olive oil or butter, add just enough Ultimate Garlic Insanity to just cover the bottom of the pan, throw in your rinsed shrimp and scallops, saute till the shrimp turns pink, serve over pasta! Garlic bread on the Side!!!
Garlic Lover's dinner!!
Here is a Great recipe to try from Jo... Give it a try!

Ravioli from Jo Jordon!
"So, it all started with these Amay-Zing Lemon Ricotta raviolis from Trader Joe's... I needed a proper sauce for them.
Sautéed up some butter with cold pressed sunflower oil from Coppal House Farm, three nice slices of a lemon (rind and all), sliced onions and freshly diced tomatoes.
Look for something to do while waiting on the onions to become clear... Aha! Toss in some chickpeas and kidney beans! Dice up a big handful of kale and a beautiful Avocado Squash (veggies all courtesy Wake Robin Farm) - have it ready because the rest goes fast...
Now, a good dash (no, make that a tablespoonful, because I love it!) of Ultimate Garlic Insanity from Auntie Arwen's Spices (salt-free), and I can finally boil the water to cook the raviolis.
Set the 3-minute timer, drop the raviolis in the boiling water, and toss the kale & squash into the saucepan. Yeah, toss a tablespoon of capers into the pan, too. Stir.
When the time sounds, quickly transfer the raviolis from the boiling water into the sauce, bringing only a little liquid with them.
Top with pine nuts!
Delish!!"
