I've even had it on top of fresh baked bread and goat cheese sandwiches!  Try a tablespoon in your cottage cheese and serve with carrot and celery sticks as a snack! Or even add a little to olive oil, white wine vinegar and water to make a really great dressing for your asparagus and potato salad!
