The problem with grading this blend as a Tea is that this Blend tastes so good, you can't tell that it's good for you! The blend of Licorice root, and the spearmint and peppermint leaves, steeped as a tea, is refreshing, mentholated, and packed with antioxidants. It's also good for digestion, upset tummies and depression.
A few of our friends that have pain causing chronic illnesses find that this is beneficial for the depression that comes with the pain. We haven't tried it yet but they swear by it!
Try it hot or cold with citrus or just your favorite sweetener! Either way, it's delicious!
