This Blend is the much milder brother of the Sidewinder Slim's Fillin-Meltin' Steak seasoning that we have as our hottest barbeque blend.
We omitted the Ghost pepper to make this blend for our "Not THAT HOT" fans out there! It has heat, it has spice, it has flavor! But not that much heat!
I personally love the toasted garlic and hickory smoke flavor I get when I add a pinch to my Mac and Cheese dish!
It's great on beef, poultry, and pork, along with a pinch here and there in some of your favorite casseroles!
