Pig Out Big Time, ... interesting name and it's so true. As a dry rub, you can't beat this for pork or beef ribs! Steaks, chicken too, I've used it on almost all my meats for a generous and robust flavor.
I haven't tried it in a smoker yet but I'm hoping some helpful customer gives us a review on this for that!
