Oh sweet southern sunshine! Lucky 7 Cajun spices are hard to beat. The toasted Onion and Garlic are bursting with flavor along with the touch more than mild warmth from the 40k Cayenne! But it's the aromatic smoked sweet paprika that brings them all together as a real family!
I've tried this in my homemade bar-b-que sauces, baked it on steak fries (also known in the south as Jockos), added a teaspoon to my crock pot full of beef stew and even added a pinch to my spaghetti sauce for that winning flavor!
Try it on as a rub for your chicken or ribs, added to your gumbo, or even as a pinch to your chili!
