Sin-Sin cinnamon blend is one of our older blend recipes because we have one or two blends that have converted many of our younger customers to their sides but many of our older and familiar fans remember this tried and true recipe. It's a great blend to make cinnamon rolls, baked goods, warm beverage additives and even traditional cinnamon toast.
My personal favorite is making cinnamon butter! Take a stick of regular salted butter, warm it till it's just soft. Using a mixer, add 1/4 cup Sin-Sin cinnamon sugar and butter. Whip till well blended and place contents into a nice container with a top. Chill and serve with breads just baked, toast just toasted, and even on french toast!
