This blend was originally made for a good friend who didn't like spicy curries, it has since become a favorite of many who enjoy the curry flavors without the harshness of the burn. Wonderful scent when you open the jar, rich flavor when cooked with chicken or vegetables. Make sure you make enough, there are always requests for seconds!
