Ingredients : Garlic, Onion, sweet paprika, sea salt, cumin, mild NM chili.
Gringo Fandango is one of our best sellers for those who love their Tacos. You sprinkle it on your ground beef, chicken, fish and even on your refried beans for those who love their veggies!
It's mild warmth and savory flavors makes this a great go-to for your taco salads as well. Mix this with a oil and vinegar mix and sprinkle this on your salads with beans, carrots, and any other veggies you would like to throw into the bowl!
I love adding this to my meat loafs and my burgers for my Taco Tuesday Burgers!
Taco Tuesday burgers are easy! Combine about 1 pound of ground beef, 3 tablespoons of Gringo Fandango, two eggs, a handful or two of ground up taco shells (about 2-3 shells are good), Handful or two of shredded cheese (taco blend is good but any is lovely), and some ketchup (1/4 cup) for moisture. Combine well, I use a cup to help with portion control for how much goes into a patty. Grill/broil/pan fry each patty till light pink inside (medium/medium rare for the gauge), and serve on whole wheat ciabattas with lettuce, Salsa, Guacamole and/or sour cream. Chips and cheese on the side!
oh boy! is it Tuesday yet?
