Ingredients :  Sea salt, onion, sweet paprika, tomato, celery, red bell pepper, sugar, garlic, parsley, oregano, annatto seed, mild NM chili, coriander, black pepper, 15k cayenne, red jalapeno.

Clumsy Caballero Spanish Rice blend is perfect for your "just right" spanish dishes.  You can either add it to your pot for the rice or as a friend of mine does, she adds olive oil to a deep pan, sautes her minced onions and garlic in a couple of dashes (or more) of Clumsy Caballero, then adds her left over cooked rice and cooked chicken, sautes till all is nice and hot, then serves with sour cream. shredded cheese and choice of veggies!  Family favorite! There is never any left overs of this!
