Gilded Lily is one of those blends that makes chicken or pork meats savory and sweet at the same time. It makes one of the best blends for deep fried turkey I have ever tried. On Pork chops, it brings the flavor of the meat forward while it gives a touch of a bite. Rotisserie or baked birds are not the same without it.

Each Auntie Arwen's spice blend is placed in at least one category to help you find the right blend for the right recipe--and we recommend you try them your way!
