Named by "Epicurious" magazine as one of the most basic ingredients needed in any cooking household, we offer our "Bouquet Garni for your consideration. It's basic use is usually in a linen or cotton bag tied shut and placed in a stew or soup pot, but I like to make a broth with this, take the bay leaves out and add this as a base for any of my sauces or sautes! The celery leaf, garlic and dill flavors add just the right flavors while the rosemary, onion and savory add the right aroma! Just fills the room and your mouth with warm and happy flavors! YUM!
