Auntie Arwen's Ye Olde Bogstomper Cranberry Lemon salt is salty and tart for those accents you might like in fish, fruit dishes, and Margarita edges!
A friend also makes caramels accented with a pinch of this salt for some of her truffles... (dangerous woman...)
One simple way to use is to rim the glass of a melon margarita or Lemon sunshine rum drink that I was introduced to years ago... The tartness and salty accents are amazing!
But my favorite now is to cut watermelon in to triangles, sprinkle some of Auntie Arwen's Ye olde Bogstomper cranberry lemon salt on a glass or plastic platter, arrange the watermelon flat side down onto the salt. Serve with lots of napkins!
