Jolly Jack Tar Lemon sea salt blend has been a hit for those from seafood and roasted vegetable lovers to drinks and beverages and even fruit salads.
The Lemon salt flavors compliment many a dish that usually uses savory and tart as a foundation. Perfect example is roasted potatoes with pork loin or London broil.
I like to Roast the potatoes in a pan as the meat although some prefer separating the two dishes for spice purposes.

I like to use Yukon gold potatoes for this because of the flavor.
Take about 4 medium size potatoes, cut into 3" large cubes and parboil them in 6 quarts of boiling water for about 5-7 minutes. Drain and let cool for 5-8 minutes.
In bowl, combine 1/3 cup olive oil with 2 tablespoons of Jolly Jack Tar lemon salt and 1 clove of garlic just peeled, leaving the cloves whole. Add the potatoes and stir till coated. Pour the contents into a shallow baking pan and roast in a 425 preheated oven for about 1/2 hour turning over every 10 minutes.
Serve garnished with lemon slices or scallions.
