Farmer Phred's Boursin blend is a wonderful accompaniment for any cheese or simple butter based dishes. It's herbs are usually added to any Farmer's subtly flavored cheeses to add a touch of texture and complex flavor. It's lemon peel and black pepper add just the right hint of mouth and the Chives, parsley, and other herbs fill the nose and senses with a satisfying flavor.
