West Indies Pirate spice blend is one of the more warmer blends we offer in our Caribbean Line of flavors. The sparkling Coriander, the anise seed and cumin add a savory base for the heat and flavor of our pepper, cayenne and chili pepper. This blend was made for those who love warmth as well as flavor to their chicken or rice dishes.
Try it with chicken, rice, and pineapple for that change of pace dinner or lunch!
