Hey all, We have the blend that makes Gumbo Gumbo! You can throw everything into a pot, Shrimp, sausage, crawfish, even chicken or pork...but without the Possum in Love, it Ain't Gumbo!
It's the combination of the sassafras leaf and the thyme leaf that makes the flavor oh so perfect! Just leave the bottle of hot sauce on the table for those that want the heat!
