Mamam va Rire (pronounced Mah-maw vah Reerr) roughly translates as "Momma will laugh" or "Momma is laughing". As a cajun spice blend, it makes sense!
It's sparkly, it's bright, it's warm and makes you feel good. The citrus is perfect for any white meats as a marinade or as a grilling spice. I've tried it as a roasting chicken baste and it's got a little bite but the bite is in the amount you use.
Try it on roasted chicken wings, or potato skins. I suggest a touch in your sautéed shrimp to toss on a salad!
