Louisiana Bayou Cajun Meat Rub just calls for that Beef or Poultry dinner! It adds the right flavor to your roasted chicken, to your grilled ribs, or even to that crock pot dinner you have in mind for your friends and family get together. The sweet Hungarian Paprika, along with the garlic, onion, thyme makes for a savory flavor along with the undertones of the white pepper and bay leaf. To make it authentic Cajun, we added the unique flavor of the file and the warmth of the cayenne. Can't do without that!!
I like to add a pinch to my chicken soup for that extra warm flavor for the cold season, but it's killer for those chicken and ribs bar-b-ques!
