Oriental Splendor is a lovely textured seasoning great for either Stir Fry or ginger salad dressing! I even love it as a finishing on top of breads and rolls! I had one customer that raves about putting in cottage cheese for her vegetable dips!
Buddha's Blessing is a seasoning perfect for any vegetable dish. From carrots steamed to Asparagus sauteed! Lightly salted, it's major flavor is herbs and ground seeds like coriander, lemon grass, garlic, and paprika. Just a pinch of cayenne for warmth but not for heat! Great for dips as well and sauces!
Chiang Mai red curry is a totally different type of curry than you would remember of your Indian Curries. It's made the same way but it's a touch simpler. It has a totally different flavor base than that of the Turmeric based curry sauces. Thia cooking makes coconut milk the nectar of the Gods!
Volcano Goddess wasabi blend is no ordinary wasabi! Oh no! We blend organic ground Wasabi with american Horseradish powder and then add a third portion of Oriental hot mustard ground! This is what give Volcano Goddess it's Popularity! Make your wasabi like you normally do, into a paste, or Make it into a dipping sauce for raw vegetables or even as drizzle for your Thai Fish Tacos!! Oh, nom!
