Roadkill surprise blend was jokingly made in response to a question of what to put on that Mystery meat you found in the back of the freezer where the label identifying it has long gotten lost! Well, we made it!
The heat that this blend causes is not one for the weak at heart... and we found that temperature only makes it worse! The combination of these chili peppers makes for a great chili dish, as well as a pinch goes a long way in eggs and brownies... (yes, brownies.)
