We find that we, as a humans, forget that we need certain minerals in our diet and in many cases we get Anemia. Anemia is a condition where we get tired, run down, our immune system gets weak and are susceptible to colds, flu, and other things that are commonly shared in our very public life.
Anemia is caused by low blood iron.  We don't eat right, or we don't remember to eat or we have a condition, such as cancer, or age, or blood issues that cause low blood iron.
Big Iron Tonic is made to put that back into our diet in a very organic way. It's made for thinning the blood after a long bout with a sickness, or we're adding iron into our daily lives to keep us healthy.

Mullien use as an assistant to structural alignment of all kinds, from unset bones to slipped discs, and particularly where there is notable swelling. This use has been proven over and over by many herbalists to help with many bone and joint issues.

Nettle: The leaf is used here as a diuretic, for arthritis, rheumatism, rheumatoid arthritis, high blood pressure and allergic rhinitis.

Parsley is a good source of folic acid, one of the most important B vitamins. While it plays numerous roles in the body, one of its most critical roles in relation to cardiovascular health is its necessary participation in the process through which the body converts homocysteine into benign molecules. Homocysteine is a potentially dangerous molecule that, at high levels, can directly damage blood vessels, and high levels of homocysteine are associated with a significantly increased risk of heart attack and stroke in people with atherosclerosis or diabetic heart disease

Strawberry leaf contain trace minerals and vitamins, such as iron, calcium and vitamin C, that are important for the health and maintenance of many different body functions. The University of Maryland Medical Center, UMMC, says iron can improve red blood cell and hemoglobin production, helping treat anemia.

Red clover may help to prevent heart disease in several ways. Although results from human studies are not definite, some show that taking red clover may lower the levels of 'bad' low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL) and raise the levels of 'good' high-density lipoprotein (HDL) cholesterol in the body. In addition, red clover may also promote an increase in the secretion of bile acid. Because cholesterol is a major component of bile acid, increased bile acid production usually means that more cholesterol is used and less cholesterol circulates in the body. Additionally, red clover contains small amounts of chemicals known as coumarins, which may help keep the blood from becoming thick and gummy. Therefore, the possibility of forming blood clots and arterial plaques may be reduced. Plaques are accumulations of blood cells, fats, and other substances that may build up in blood vessels, possibly reducing or blocking blood flow. Red clover may also help the arteries remain strong and flexible (a quality often called 'arterial compliance'), which may also help to prevent some of the plaque deposits that may lead to a heart attack or a stroke.

Directions of use as a Tonic:  Take 1-2 tablespoon into a prerinsed muslin bag. Place bag into small cooking pot. Add 1-1 1/2  to 2 cups of cold water. Bring to a boil, simmer for 15 to 20 minutes.  Drink hot or cold, add sweetener as desired or milk or fruit juice for natural sweetness.  Enjoy!
