Ginger root and licorice root are great for circulation and nausea, it also helps speed up the recovery process. Spearmint and Chamomile are wonderful for relaxation and sleep, cause you need to rest while recovering...
So how does that go? feed a cold, starve a fever? or feed the fever and starve the cold? I never get that right.
