Ingredients:[sea salt, natural bamboo smoke]

Description:Another rare artisanal salt from the Far East, this is sea salt which is placed in a clay container with bamboo stalks and shoots. The container is then sealed (with a small de-gassing hole so's the container doesn't explode), and it's roasted in a slow wood-fired kiln so that the bamboo steams the salt. Needless to say, this is so yummy! It's a very fine salt, so be sure to put it in a salt cellar, not into a salt shaker.

No heat in this one. Very nice for steaks, salads, sandwiches, general table use.

It's really yummy in leftover meat sandwiches, in tuna surprise casseroles, in meat loafs...loaves?... this is one of the more versatile blends going!
