Ingredients:cinnamon chips, orange peel, whole allspice, whole cloves

Description:Hot mulled cider or hot mulled red jugwine, or for you Scandinavians, glögg. Think about it...outside it's cold and damp and dark and here you are in front of a nice fire, sunk deep in a comfy chair with a good book in hand and a purring cat on the hearth. Now, add a mug of steaming mulled cider or wine. Makes things a lot cozier, doesn't it?

Recipe:Use about a tablespoon of the mix per gallon of beverage, and simmer a bit. If you have a woodstove, even better. Works fine in a microwave, too (zap your filled cup with about a half tsp of the blend for about one minute on high)
