Description:They are not at all easy to find, but we actually found a source! Grains of Paradise are used in Medieval recipes; the taste for these exotic little seeds having been brought north by returning Crusaders. They were also introduced into Spain by the Moors. Needless to say, here is an adjunct to your Middle Eastern cookery.
