Ingredients: Onion, garlic, oregano, basil, anise seed, rosemary, red & green bell peppers.
We call this one "Pizza in a Jar" because when you open & this one the aroma would have you thinking a fresh pizza is under your nose. Absolutely best when you make pizza at home. Add it to a jar sauce on your pizza, toppings and cook.
My favorite is taking pizza dough from the store, cut up into tablespoon size pieces, dip the pieces into Auntie Arwen's Luigi's Lunch Rubble, baste with a little olive oil and back till golden in a 350 degree oven. Serve with either pizza sauce or marinara sauce as party appetizers or snacks during a movie night at home!
I live near a college here and the favorite cheap dinner for the first years is English muffins, with a spoon of pizza sauce, a sprinkle of Auntie Arwen's Luigi's Lunch pizza rubble, one to two slices of pepperoni and a teaspoon of shredded mozzarella on top, then toasted in a toaster over or oven on a baking sheet for about 5 minutes till the cheese is melted and bubbling.
Pass the tray around and back to the studying!
